 On Sunday November 27, 2011, the event celebrating RockMasters Entertainment 10 years anniversary in the promotion and marketing business took place at the ballroom of the Adria Hotel in Bayside, NY.
In all aspects, it was an acclaimed and
very successful event that had all the qualities of top class gala.
 While
RockMasters Entertainment
has been around for longer
than 10 years, It was
incorporated into a full
promotions and advertising
company in 2001, focusing on Internet advertising,
events promotion and information
provider. The company has proven itself and earned praises by providing a service focused on customer satisfaction and unparalleled quality and professionalism as defined by
its motto "Quality Service and customer satisfaction 100% of the time"
This 10 years celebration
exemplifies this commitment, as observed in the attention to details in all aspects of the event. From the
friendly welcome at the entrance, the
get acquainted cocktail hour
period, the all night open bar
service, the exquisite buffet prepared by Brasserie Creole, the well coordinated award ceremony, the top class hosting by our MCs, Guy Evans Ford and Ingenieur Phito Salvant, and finally the top notch entertainment provided by l'orchestre Tropicana
d'Haiti and DJ Sketch.
 The guests started arriving at 8:00 PM with the ladies looking ravishing and the fellows in their best designer outfit. First stop was the cocktail hour room where delicious hors d'oeuvres and wine were being served. It was also a great time for socializing and networking. By 9:00 pm, the guests made their entrance to the main ballroom with the VIP guests being escorted to their tables where a bottle of fine wine and finger food awaited them, while DJ Sketch provided the opening entertainment.
Not long after, the MC,
Mr. Guy Evans Ford welcomed the public and gave recognition to RockMasters Entertainment's 10 years of service to the Entertainment business and the Haitian Community as a whole. Mr. Ford then introduced with grand fanfare the main entertainment for the night, L'orchestre Tropicana
d'Haiti which took little time to get everyone on the feet for a long evening of fun, socializing and pure excitement.
 Outside the main ballroom, Brasserie Creole was beautifully set up with a variety of tantalizing food selection that was truly enjoyed by those who chose to have dinner. Also there was the full open bar
attended by two charming and friendly young ladies,
Laura and Daphney.
THE AWARDS
The
other special aspect of the
evening was the presentation
of plaques and certificates
of recognitions. The main
ideas behind these awards
are to recognize those
individuals who quietly have done great
professional work day in and
day out without any fanfare.
These awards were handed
out for Special Achievement, Excellence in
Business Management, Professionalism, and Best Customer Awards to
dedicated customers of RockMasters Entertainment
that have demonstrated great business ethics. Also given were certificates of recognitions acknowledging long term
individual services.

IN SUMMARY:
It was a night where quality not quantity was the focus. All different sectors of the Haitian community were represented. From RockMasters list members, to business people, artists, entertainers, politicians, career professionals, media personalities and just regular folks wanting to have a great time in a classy atmosphere.
The under representation by the internet media,
website community and major HMI promoters/businesses which are served by RockMasters was noticeable,
revealing that we have more
work to do in becoming
a supportive and united
community. In that light, a
special recognition is given
